With a background in both the Corporate and Startup world, Wouter can add value by combining the power of big and small. Within Mondelêz International (former Kraft Foods) he worked in both Brand Management and Account Management positions. He was responsible for the Brand Strategy, Communication, Social Media, Product Portfolio and P&L of the category Gum and Candy in The Netherlands. 
Not only inside the FMCG industry, but also in the Banking and Telecom industry he gained experience. In Singapore, he joined the startup 2Sherpa where he set up the brand positioning and online marketing strategy. He is also an mentor for Startupbootcamp in Singapore and co-founder of the Startup & SME Academy.

Before Wouter started his career, he obtained his Master’s degree in Marketing Management at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. 

He has always been an active networker and connector. At Mondelêz International, he was one of the founders of social network 'Fit To Win'. In Singapore, he is an active member of the Association of Dutch Businesspeople and an organiser of Dutch Drinks Singapore, in collaboration with Susanne Prins van Wijngaarden (Singapore Jobs Network). Furthermore, as an active sportsman and traveller he likes to move boundaries and explore new cultures. These experiences help him in his professional career.
